Information not updated on short term loan

I am having an issue here whereby my credit profile is affected, I am being send back and forth I have paid up my short term loan in October but to my surprise it still appears to my Experian profile as 120+ in arrears , I logged a call with FNB was provided a ref no but still I am not getting any assistance and now I am being moved from pillar to post without assistance and my credit score is affected for something that I have months paid up and obviously expected to be closed long time by FNB. This is really bad service I need this to be fixed as I have been patient enough with so many references but none is checking on my credit profile.
