I, Mr Dhanraj Singh, a pensioner with FNB. Went on Pension in 2002. Was handed a Booklet "FNB EMPLOYEES/PENSIONER BANKING OFFER" by Michael Jordaan CEO: First national Bank. My spouse who is also a Pensioner at FNB since 2010 has recently purchased a vehicle financed by Wesbank. We did not get the staff rate as we were told that the offer was withdrawn. We have written to FNB who forwarded the complaint to Wesbank and they have come back and advised that my spouse does not qualify for the Staff rate as she employed by another company.

All we requested is that when was the facility withdrawn as there was no communication forwarded to us. Any changed on the Staff cheque account is communicated to us.
