Inept consultant

I was transfered to an agent in the General enquiries department who did not provide me with her name after answering the call , she remained silent as if she was sleeping and not focused and ready to assist client, after asking her if she was sleeping she was rude and asked which language do i want to speak ,we continued in English and she pretended to be assisting me only to hung up the call .She did not take the effort to call me back .I would report Phindile Thabethe from the general inquiries department for wasting my airtime after holding for minutes for assistance , Phindile Thabethe is inept ,unprofessional and unfit to assist client with their banking.As a result i was not assisted and had to use more airtime instead of first time resolution of the problem.
