Inept

HI, Id just like to complain about FNB whom we have with for many many years. Firstly in July both my husband and myself's credit cards were about to expire and no one informed us. I had to phone and ask what to do? Usually in the past they would let us know, even if everything is electronic older people are not au fait with this!! Now last week my husband has lost his wallet with his cards in, the next day I cancelled both cards with help with someone online. We are still waiting for replacement cards today after a wee**** I phoned today and even up until last week I could act on his behalf as I have authority, all of a sudden I was told that in 2015 someone cancelled the delegation of authority? Who are the idiots working at FNB may I enqure? Why would you authorise then sign to cancel it and exactly the same visit to the bank!!?????? As yet no notifications of new cards. Perhaps its because we always pay our credit card one shot at the end of the month the full amount and always have a balance in our premier cheque account of over R10000, we are not seen as customers which will make them money?? I am truly disgusted and we are both thinking of changing to Capitec.
