Inefficient customer service

Extremely disappointed in FNB Business Banking helpline. Waited on hold for what seems several minutes and then told the system isnt workingnand hasnt worked for 2 days! Also, on a second matter, waiting for a resolution from businesses escalations with not even an acknowledgement since 27th June! One representative Mr. Sikhumbizo Mnguni tries to assost but is helpless as he is dependent on fellow colleages and an alternate department. Poor customer service
