Inefficient Consultants and feedback

I have spoken to 3 people now, Bongiwe, Masego, and Jessica,

I have waited 3 days for a response, I need to contact them to ask what is happening?

I was unable to purchase an item i sent screen shots of the errors as per Bongiwe's request, due to the negligence of the consultants the item has been removed from the website and I can not purchase it any longer,

My problem still has not been resolved and still no feebdack.
