Inefficient

I have been trying since mid-September to open a Business Account. I submitted the required documentation and collected my bank card within a week. However, somehow no one at the bank or when calling them can get it activated. So, it shows up under my list of accounts, however, I can not deposit money into it as it is still not activated. Go to the bank and they let you hang onto a phone for hours listening to a message informing about "high call volumes". The same message you get phoning from home and wasting money trying to get through to them. Even an agent telling me the matter is now escalated did not resolve it even after they once again received all my documentation and more. Best of all, now I make payments from my personal account and receive a emails stating I paid via my business account?......How is this possible!
