Inefficient and slow

<p>I opened an FNB account two months ago. I was told that FNB would swap my debit orders over. Of the three debit orders i required swapping, one did not go through (which i then proceeded to swap over myself), one went through and the final one did not. The final debit order went out of my old account, that did not have any funds due to FNB already swapping my salary over to their bank. Its been two months, how can it take this long to swap a debit order over? Ive decided to do the swap myself because clearly im not getting the efficiency of service i was lead to believe that FNB provided. </p>
