Inefficient and Expensive!

I have been on the online secure chat via the app for most of the day, trying to close my credit card. I paid off the budget amount, and the full balance. Then there was another balance of 0.53c due, which I paid. While all this was going on, I spoke to and was transferred to 4 different agents (Esethu, CHarleen, Tidimalo, Precious, Esmeralda, Boitumelo, Ndani). Then suddenly transferred to the ***** dept, for no reason. Now no one is answering me. Now there is suddenly another balance of R57.26 due within the last couple of hours. HOW? WHY? While writing this review, the agent changed twice. This is ridiculous!
