Inefficient Administration

I opened an account via the CIPC online application. On the 5th May I received an email that I should fill in a KYC form, despite the company documents showing that there are 2 directors, it was restricted to 1 person. Later on, I went to the branch with all my documents to collect the card. The consultant only asked for my ID, and gave me the card. I asked what is outstanding, she said nothing. Then when I tried to deposit money into the account, it was frozen. The call centre advised that I fill in the document as per mail sent. I filled it in and sent it on the 24th June. On the 27th, realizing the error made, the KYC was attached again, but with provision for 2 signatures and a resolution. Unfortunately, I didn't know how to fill the forms, as there are no explanations on the mail itself, and you're not even told what's wrong with the form, you're just sent forms to fill. I missed adding my details at the bottom since I had filled them in on the body of the Resolution. And I sent UT on the 29th. Yesterday I received mail again for resolution and IDs, why wasn't I told of IDs all this time? When I called the call centre this morning the 4th July, I was told it's only IDs outstanding, knowing FNB, I spoke to 2 different people, the last one, Ethel, finally explained clearly what and why this documents are need. The 1st one was just confused. I complained to Ethel that I have been printing and scanning documents, which is quite an expensive exercise, and I asked to just send the ID documents with only the last page of the Resolution that was missing my signature, instead of the whole 3, and she said it makes sense. Now at 17:18 I amsent the resolution letter again showing that I have to fill in the 3 pages again. But why because I sent the last signed outstanding page? My account is frozen, I am really inconvenienced.
