INEFFECTIVE VERIFICATION SYSTEM

I called FNB today just for a simply query concerning my account, i was holding and changing from 1 consultant to the other ( not forgetting that the call is not free). They put me through verification process that kept on telling that i entered incorrect digits. After so many countless attempt it kept on telling me the same thing. now I'm frustrated after so much energy and airtime wasted I'm still not helped.<br> <br>
