Ineffective & Inefficient Systems

Good day

My application still has not been processed and I am still being told that there is outstanding documentation.

No one seems to know what exactly is going on and this is honestly disheartening. I app**** on time but have been thrown from pillar to post and as a result; am a full week late for registration and now run the risk of being excluded from this academic year.

Whatever internal systems and policies are at fault here should not result in utter chaos and confusion with different information being relayed by both departments involved here.

This is the reference I got from the call I made yesterday and the man said he would call me yesterday before close of business. I never got a call. FNB :-) Your Call Reference number is Rs***.

Please assist urgently or advise if FNB honestly can no longer provide me with service.
