Ineffective and unprofessional Home Loans Department

The Home Loans Department is ineffective, confused and unprofessional. There is no urgency in resolving disputes - mine has been unresolved for 6 weeks. And just when you think you're making progress, you receive correspondence taking you back to step 1! Unbelievably frustrating experience. I don't know which professional person has the kind of time and energy to constantly chase an issue that their private banker should be resolving. Very disappointing experience and hoping it's not too late to move my portfolio elsewhere.
