Ineffcient service for closed up temp loan
Good day,
I had a temporary loan with FNB in May. it was overdue and handed over to attorneys. the loan account was eventually settled but im still receving calls from Groenewald Lubbe attorneys as confirmation of paid up loan has not been sent by FNB. this is frustrating as it will give me a bad credit record. attorneys are still waiting for the letter 5 months later! Pleae resolve as soon as possible.
