Indifferent Management at Wesbank. Dishonest *******

7 Months have gone by and Wesbank has NOT refunded me the money they owe me, nor have they had the decency to make contact with me. It's okay, I now come to the conclusion that this is commission that FNB wants us to pay their staff, without us authorisation. To me this is plain and simple theft and dishonest. I WILL NEVER USE WESBANK AGAIN. They are uncaring, selfish, indifferent and never want to resolve issues. They just want to ***** from and rob pensioners.
