I would like to thank and acknowledge the lady by the name of Busi Matsaung at FNB Woodmead her service is incredibly helpful and friendly she knows what is customer service she I come to open new bank account and system was very slow she 1st apologize for the long wait and explain the whole process and taught me how to use FNB banking app. She never judge me the way I look instead she was so helpful.
