Incredibly difficult to communicate with FNB
I and my wife have a shared cheque account since 2007 with FNB. My wife has been advised to get a virtual card on said account, but she cant. We both have physical debit cards and I can have a virtual card. Please can someone who knows the system call us as we have tried to email, use the chat service on our apps, no luck.

So one of your consultants called me and had no idea what I needed. FNB ***** division advised I and my wife to both get FNB virtual debit cards on the same account that we share since 2007. On my app I can get the virtual card, when my wife goes onto her app she cannot get a virtual card for said account. We both have physical debit cards on this account.
Please can someone who knows the system help us.
