Incredibly amazing service

I went to FNB festival mall and upon my arrival i was greeted by a heart warming smile from Ms Lindeni. My goodness that lady is kind and oh so patient. She was assisting me with my online banking and she went an extra mile making sure i do not leave without being satisfied. She pulled all the stops for me, FNB needs more people like that. Thank you do much Lindeni keep up the good work.
