Incredible disgusting service

I ordered my card on the 1st of June and received an sms on the 6th that my card would be delivered before 5pm that day only to get another sms at 2min before 5 that that won't be happening. I have spent hours and money calling FNBs delivery team and on secure chat as well and long story short I have had no joy and I still don't have my card. The last chat I had, I asked to be called back because I was exhaustimed having to keep explaining and typing and again long story story I was basically given the complaints department's email address.
