Increasing my credit card limit.

I phoned on Thursday morning 22/08/2024 to increase my limit on my credit card. I was told I will be called back to complete the process. I was never phoned back. On Monday 26/08/2024 I phoned again to follow up again, once again I was told I will be phoned back, still waiting for that phone call.

I tried doing it on the app, then it only gives me the option to get a private client card which I'm not interested in. I tried to speak to a banker on the secure chat which just keeps on telling my I must be patient they will assist me know and then nothing. I'm in need of this money before month end and thus I've started the process on the 22th of this month, but I guess that's not going to happen.
