Increadable Service

<p>Good afternoon, I really want to say big thank you to Verona Singh at the Clearwater mall branch, she was sick and clearly not well on Friday but still assisted in the most professional manner to fill out the papers to extend our bond, we went back 3-4 hours later to submit the papers and to our surprise she was still there working even though she was so sick. She patiently assisted us again and explained the whole process in detail. She also submitted our forms while we were there and told us what will happen going forward. I can honestly say that FNB has more to offer than just an award. Verona thank you so much for all your assistance and the way you dealt with us . Thanks so much from Jacques and Paula :) </p>
