Incorrectly reporting clients at the credit bureau and then they "can't" fix it again

I 2023 I went into debt review. FNB reported me for non payment 5 times during March and again in September.

All my debt was paid in full and now they don't know how to remove it.

On my credit record it show a amount outstanding as R234 but I can't pay that.

Calling their call center, visiting their branches as well as emailing all the different departments all gave me no success.

Stay far away from FNB unless you want them to ***** your finances up completely.
