INCORRECTLY LISTED ON CREDIT BUREAU

Good Day. I have been incorrectly listed on the Credit Bureau for an arrear payment on a home loan in August 2021. I do not have a home loan with FNB. I have sent numerous emails to FNB Home Finance (reference number : ***) but have not received any constructive feedback. I am now using this platform hoping FNB will resolve this matter urgently. Thank you
