Incorrectly charged me Item Paid No Funds and not fully reversed

On the 2 Jan 26 FNB charged me R294 for using the Item Paid No Funds facility on the 25 Dec. I asked the agent to reverse it because the facility was disactivated and no transaction went through if there was insufficient funds. She said it was going to be reversed and they only reverse R63.
