Incorrectly charged

I was charged an honorary fee for a transaction that was went off and there was a balance after the transaction. FNB decided to run a charge which left my account overdrawn. Now I am being charged a R150 charge since the transaction was banked late and they are saying the funds were insufficient for the transaction and actual fact the funds were insufficient for the fee
