Incorrect XDS detail against my profile

Hi,

FNB listed me on ITC/XDS but the account number ie. *** listed is incorrect and I don't owe FNB any money.

I did pay-off my loan I had with them. Acc nr : *** and ITC was updated accordingly.

After numerous emails and calls and promises that the record will be removed from my ITC record it is still reflecting on my report. I'm struggling for 2 months now to get it removed.

Can someone please assist urgently as this affecting my credit profile negatively??

Hi,

FNB phone me back and mentioned that I need to wait for 7-14 working days.
This is the same response I received last month. I will however wait and I will update the review if not resolved after 14 days.
