Incorrect transaction dates on FNB bank statement

I received a response from Bonolo Palesa stating that he deems the 18 Dec 2021 to be the true and correct date of the KFC purchase even though I’ve emailed the FNB incontact messages I received immediately after the KFC purchase to prove that the KFC purchases were made on 15 Dec 2021. Kindly urgently investigate and advise as I urgently require my proof of payment for KFC
