Incorrect stamement printed

my wife requested a one month statement yesterday which costs us R13-00. the consultant printed a 3 month statement in error and now my account is overdrawn with R143-00 for the statements we did not ask for. I want this charge reversed. I called the branch this morning and was unable to get hold of the consultant.
