Incorrect settlement details - Puleng Mokoena

On the 21st November i requested a settlement letter from Puleng Mokoena for a loan which i have with FNB. After making the payment on the 28th, i received a notification that the account number is invalid. I sent this notification immediately to Puleng as she was the one who sent me the bank details. To date i have not received any feedback from her. I also informed her that this will affect my credit rating and i will be liable for penalties.

This level of service is extremely unprofessional. I expected at least a response from her and this issue resolved. I have informed Puleng via my last email correspondence that i will not be held liable for any penalties!!

Hi Naomi I have settled the amount however i am still being charged for the late penalty fee of R90. As per my complaint above, i paid the monies before the 1st and it is unacceptable for FNB to still charge my penalty!
