Incorrect Reward level
i have been on reward level 5 for sometime now and this month i have been moved to level 3 for not accumulating enough points for June while we are still in the month of June! i met the criteria last month so how can i be downgraded this month before the month is over? <br> <br> i also complained through the website but have not got a response
