Incorrect personal loan amount
I app**** for a personal loan on the banking app and was approved for R55,000.00 and even received an emeail with a the amount however when the payment was processed into my account only R44,000.00 was paid. How is this possible. I received documents for 1 amount and get paid another amount. I hope I am not going be liable for the instalment for the higher amount. This is highly confusing. I also was charged an initiation fee which I was told if I take a top up loan there is no initiation fee payable.
