Incorrect Overdraft Charges

FNB, every since I switched over to a Fusion Account for the sake of eBucks I've been penalised month in month out for utilising the overdraft facility which I'm not. I've complained about this several times over the last couple of months. Then you reverse the fees. It's progressed to such a point that I've started taking screenshots of my account balances to prove my account is not going in arrears. Not only am I being charged for not using the overdraft, I'm being charged debit interest as well. If you go through your tickets regarding my account you'll see I've complained monthly about this.
