INCORRECT LOAN SETTLEMENT AMOUNTS

So I made payment to settle 3 smaller loans on my FNB account. And yes, I paid the settlement amount, not anything else. So obviously I expected to see the 3 accounts closed. How dare I expect that in South Africa. Much to my amazement, the 3 accounts weren't settled, and they all 3 all of a sudden had more interest added. Great ****ING JOB FNB. What is the point of stating what the settlement amount is, if thats not the correct amount.
