Incorrect listings and lack of response! Appalling service!

I have an enquired with them re an old account that was closed and taken off my credit profile and suddenly 10 years later it re surfaces hindering me from gaining more credit - No one has since called me back or sent me an acknowledgement of my query. This bank is pathetic! out to ruin people's life. I'm rather appalled by the lack of their response much less on how all this had happened.
