Incorrect ***** Listing

I recently app**** for a job and received feedback that my background check was unsuccessful due to a ***** listing made to the SAFPS. Contacted SAFPS and they notified me that FNB listed my ID number for ***** in 2024. Went to the Sandton FNB branch and was advised that Neo Mogane an investigating officer is responsible for the listing.

Now what baffles me is that I have been working on the FNB online platform since June 2020 and submitted fica documents last April 2025 to FNB. The entity has all my contact details because my employer banks with FNB and I work on the online banking platform.

During your investigation why was I not notified of this supposed ***** because I have submitted fica documents since 2020 and my details are in the FNB system.

I am going to lose out on a big job opportunity due to your lack of due diligence. Like how you conclude a ***** case without connecting the person for interest, especially if my details are on your entity's system.

I am part of a professional body, and this listing is currently putting my career in jeopardy.

FNB i am very disappointed by this conduct and poor investigation process.

Im in so much distress Yoh and now i must wait months for this to be rectified
