Incorrect interest charges levied

Have spent months battling to get fnb to change my credit card settlement date and to stop charging me incorrectly when my salary is paid into the account on the same day as the settlement date. Personal banker is BS. Informed me it was sorted still got charged R700 after they tried to settle the account before the settlement date.
