Incorrect Installment amount

To whom it may concern,

I have an existing loan with FNB and it appears that the total amount due for the loan is marked as the installment. This is affecting my credit score. May you please rectify this? I have seen this on my credit report, with VCCB, Transunion, Experian, and Clear Score.
