Incorrect information Supp****

So i app**** for a new FNB credit card. I spoke with Muziwanele Sibaya from the Contact center.
Assisted me very efficiently. Spoke Clearly and Explained in detail .. .Or so i thought/Led to believe.

When the application process was done, And he was telling me what i need to send in and hand to courier.
He requested i send Proof Of salary and Copy of ID to 1 email address and Requested that I have a copy of my ID and proof of residence to give to Courier guy.
Which i have done. NOW, i try to Follow the SMS activation and i note the card does not work. So i call in and Follow the Voice prompt and it still does not work.
So i speak to a Agent and She tells me the card is not active because i did not send in my FICA documents..
I was of the assumption that was handed to courier guy?
So im now again forced to wait 48Hrs for the activation of the card since i only sent my fica Documents ( CERTIFIED copy of my ID and Proof of Address ) to KYC division at FNB..

Not a happy FIRST TIME FNB client. you cannot have an Amazing paint job but your interior is tattered and torn.
Please someone fast track this ASAP as im probably Going to Lose it if i wait the 48Hours

Not Happy ...
