Incorrect information supp****

I took out a home loan with FNB and was advised as i work for Direct Axis who is part of the First Rand Group, i would qaulify for a staff rate and this was confirmed by their credit department, over the last six month i called and made sure all was in order before my first instalment was due and they advised me yes they just need to wait for the bond to be registered. after the bond was registered i called again and they advised they have the staff rate form and have submitted it and i must wait until it has been uploaded, so i waited and when i hear nothing i called again and they told me they need to reload the form and i should have my updated instalment by 13 March 2015. i the receieved a call from the bank today to advise that the company i work for is not part of the first rand group and i will not qaulify for the staf rate but all the people i delat with never had an issue or advised me otherwise.i took the home loan on the basis that i will get the staff rate and now they turning around and saying something else.
