Incorrect information provided by Agent

I spoke to an FNB Connect agent yesterday (23/03/2022), who said that there is no early termination fee when the device is settled early. Today, I received the contract agreement I requested, as per section 7.1.2 there is an early termination fee.

I raised this question as I plan to payoff the device within 6months or by end of 2022.

Please can the correct information be provided as I am doubting the validity of all the information was I given.
