Incorrect information on my FNB Home loan

I have app**** for a home loan with FNB in 2018 and my home loan has been active since then. I recently checked my ITC report and have noticed an inquiry on my FNB home loan. I have 2 home loans from FNB as per my ITC report. i pay my account frequently and i'm up to date with my payments.

I would like FNB to urgently remove this on my ITC report as it is reflecting negatively of my ITC report. I only have one home loan with FNB and not 2.
