Incorrect information given through to me regarding my bond account

I went to FNB branch in November regarding my home loan. I was given a phone to call your home loan department as my account was in arrears. I paid an amount of R9670 in November and the consultant on the phone told me that I only owe R712.66 for my account to be up to date. After speaking to that consultant I thought I was up to date. In December I paid an amount of R5780. I thought I was up to date. I went to your branch again in January I was now told I was in arrears with R4812, I want to know why are giving me different arrear amounts. Why are consultants giving me incorrect arrear amounts. Can someone explain to me regarding my arrear amounts. You are now threatening me to reposessess my house. This is a formal complaint, I'll be logging this matter with the ombudsman as I think that you are not giving me the correct information on my bond arrear amounts.
