Incorrect information given by agent at FNB Retentions Department

I called FNB Retentions on ********** 888 at 08:10 on 27 September and spoke to Lebohang to request that my credit card is closed, as I paid the settlement amount, then she paid my Budget from the straight amount available and told me that there is a credit amount of R592.46 which will be paid back into my Capitec savings account after the closure has been processed and it could take 3 – 7 working days and once done, I will receive a letter of closure electronically from FNB once the account has been successfully closed. Today I got an e-mail confirming the closure, but there was no electronic letter of closure attached. The e-mail also stated that only R15.83 will be paid into my Capitec account as credit on my account. I then called the number on the e-mail received ********** 111 at 08:29 this morning and spoke to Zanele and ecplained my query and then I waited for 8 minutes just to be put through to Retentions department. When I was put through to the Rententions department where I spoke to Ann with Reference number RX ********** 897 and explained to her that I never received the electronic letter of closure that Lebohang stated I would receive, so she said she will request that the PDF letter is sent to me. I also told her that it is on record that Lebohang told me that after paying my budget that there is a credit value of R592.46 which would be paid out into my Capitec account once closure is confirmed, but now the e-mail states that there is only R15.83 credit, so there is a huge difference between these two amounts. Ann stated that she will request that the recording between me and Lebohang will be listened to and then I will be called back. I think that me, as the client should receive the R592.46 that I was initially given as the credit on my account, as that is what I was informed of as my credit amount and that Lebohang should be penalised for the funds as she gave that information and it is on record. I am very unhappy about this.
