Incorrect information about their contract sims

I recently ordered 2 FNB data contract sim's, when I ordered I was told that I can load airtime. when I called after activating was told a different story, that its only an open line that will charge me R2.50 per minute. I have called and also emailed FNB connect but didn't get any help. now I am stuck with 2 sim card. <br> <br> can someone please assist.<br> <br> my call ref no is : 663284
