INCORRECT INFORMATION

I am extremely disappointed with FNB. I was told that my first installment for my loan will come off on the 31st of January 2020 as FNB was offering a " Grace Period" over December 2019 . The sales representative told me that after my first installment (31st January 2020) I will be able to apply for a top up loan which can be paid over 12/24 months. My first installment went off on the 4th of January 2020 when money was deposited into my account. I went into an FNB branch and asked for my top up loan as the first installment has gone off. The consultant informed me that they will only be able to help me in April as I am now listed as a "Late payer" . Don't bother trying to sort this out telepathically as I was sent back and forth which led me nowhere. The complaints department and loan department representatives are rude and unhelpful. My issue is still unresolved. My biggest mistake was joining FNB in the first place
