Incorrect info on profile
My FICA is up to date for years. Yesterday when liading my card on Google pay, all of a sudden a number I have not used in probably 8years comes up for OTP, my current number vanished from my profile. Logged on the app, now I have 3 active profiles, 2 of which has nit been used in many many years. Branch cant assist with either query!!!

Update. I went to FNB Campus Square and spoke to Hammond.
1. He could not find the number on system that the OTP gets sent to (my old nr), So I could not change it.
2. He was unable to close the multiple profiles on my name as "he doesnt have access"
3. Unable to close dormant accounts on my name, also access problem.
Please note, should anything happen on my name, i was in the branch and also on e-mail.
Hoe can an old number be reactivated on my profile after many years and also why cant accounts and profiles be closed?
