Incorrect info at Credit Bureau and nothing gets done about it.

For almost 8 weeks now, I have been requesting that FNB remove incorrect information from the credit bureau. They keep promising or saying they're "waiting to hear from the bureaus", or saying "it takes 10 days", but 2 months later and nothing has changed. How hard can it be?
