INCORRECT FINANCIAL INFORMATION PROBIDED

About a year ago I app**** for student loan to assist my cousin as she did not qualify for the finance, the application was done telephonically and I did on severel occasions ask the consultant if the loan can be transferred once my cousin finds employment, she advised it is possible and u need to take relevant documents to my closest branch, took a day off and went into the branch with my cousin and was advised in the bank this is not possible and the consultant that assisted with the loan provided us with incorrect financial information which contradicts the FAIS Act. Please can you obtain a copy of the call recording and deal with this situation appropriately. Most importantly I require the loan to be transferred onto my cousins name.
