Incorrect fica details accepted

I opened a chq acc with fnb3mths ago and they wouldnot accept a once statement that I received as proof of residence, which I accepted and provided them with what they required.

Pn the other hand, I have been receiving statements from a business account whom I have no relations with.

Now I raise the question, how did they pass the fica requirements??

I phoned FNB, but having to hold on for quite a long time and also being at work, I was not impressed at all!

With all the ***** going around I would like this specific account to be frozen until the proper details had been provided. Because if I look at the history of this account no monies were withdrawn and all of a sudden cheques are being issued and money is being withdrawn on a monthly basis.

In my mind someone is using my details and committing ***** because if I look at the statement it had my details on.
