Incorrect Ebucks Calculation
I only earned ebucks from the R324.07 (15 April) spent at Checkers and not the other 2 amounts that are over R3000 that was spent on the 30 April. Your consultants told me that the ebucks earned this month is calculated from the money spent from the 1st to the last day of the month before. Can you please explain why I am only earning the 1 amount. What happens to the other amounts?
If the 30th April amounts are calculated for next month (June Ebucks) Why are your consultants giving wrong information? I assume I went to checkers in a window that won't be accepted by either month's calculation. It's completely unfair as I would have earned an additional R489.95 worth of ebucks. Very ***** way of calculating ebucks.
Also in March, you calculated 7.5% of R3028.20 equal to eB1746. Explain how you got to that figure?
